Shipping policy

  1. Purchased Artworks are dispatched within 14 business days from the date on which payment is credited to the Seller’s account — by dedicated transport in the case of sculptures and large-format paintings, and by courier service in the case of smaller works and unframed Art Prints. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended, in which case the Customer will be informed without undue delay and provided with a new estimated completion date.

  2. The delivery costs shall be borne by the Customer. The delivery fee is specified in the Order under the “Delivery Method” section. For Artworks requiring individual transportation (e.g. sculptures, large-format works or items of non-standard dimensions), the delivery cost may be calculated individually and communicated to the Customer for approval before the order is processed.

  3. The Seller takes due care to ensure that the Artworks are properly secured and packaged for transport. If the Customer notices any damage to or loss of part of the shipment upon delivery, the Customer should prepare a damage report and notify the Seller without undue delay, and no later than within 2 days of delivery, at contact@maisondartgallery.pl.

  4. The Customer may collect the purchased Artwork in person from the Gallery’s premises, subject to prior agreement with the Seller regarding the date and terms of collection.
