"Geometry Re-Imagined" is a journey through contemporary sculpture, where geometry takes on a new, surprising form.

Dmytro Shavala combines traditional craftsmanship with modern sensibility – fascinated by op-art and the search for new forms, he creates works that balance between sculpture and relief. Mentors from the Academy played an important role in his development, instilling in him precision and the courage to experiment.

Wood is a central material in Shavala's work – more than just a medium. In his hands, it becomes a medium that comes alive and acquires spatial depth, connecting nature with modern form. Carefully selected colors enhance the optical impressions, giving the compositions rhythm, depth, and a unique character – it is thanks to them that the illusion becomes even more captivating.

The exhibition features a cross-section of the artist's works, showcasing the evolution of his style and his sensitivity to rhythm, form, and space. Alongside hypnotic reliefs, there are also three-dimensional compositions that open a dialogue between the object and space – eluding simple definitions, combining architectural structure with the finesse of artistic imagination.
